Your Tasks
- You will carry out assignments in basic and treatment care with our clients
- You play a key role in ensuring that our clients enjoy first-class and individual care at home
- You advise and support our clients and their relatives according to their individual needs
- You contribute to preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Promotion of clients’ independence and quality of life in the home environment
- You conduct comprehensive nursing anamneses and assessments
- You instruct the subordinate staff regarding nursing measures
- You take on administrative tasks within the scope of case management
What You Bring
- Training as a qualified nurse
- Consulting competence and ability to guide clients and staff
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
- Independent, structured and efficient working
- You are resilient and flexible
