Sales Assistant 100% (m/f/d)

with focus on customer care, scheduling, and sales support

As a sales assistant, you move flexibly between the used car center and the annual car showroom westone. You take on tasks in customer care, support the sales team, and actively contribute in the background to ensure our processes run smoothly and our customers are professionally cared for at all times.

• You take care of lease returns, handle customer concerns, and ensure complete and clean management of vehicle documents
• You support scheduling in daily business and act as deputy during absences
• You coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a smooth process
• You organize and conduct test drives and vehicle handovers professionally
• You greet our customers friendly on the lot and in the showroom, creating a positive first impression
• You are flexibly deployed in both showrooms and actively support the sales team in daily business
• You specifically support the sales team on Saturdays, organize test drives, explain vehicles, and invite customers from the outdoor lot into the showroom to create an optimal customer experience

• You enjoy contact with people and present yourself confidently, friendly, and neatly
• You work organized, independently, and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• You are experienced with digital tools and IT systems
• You are interested in vehicles and understand the processes in the sales process
• You are willing to work regularly on Saturdays
• You are flexible, a true team player, and pitch in wherever you are needed
