In this role, you coordinate central processes in internal sales and ensure that projects and workflows mesh efficiently. You are the connecting interface between branches, systems, and promotions and actively contribute to success in daily business.Responsibilities:
- You independently process incoming direct orders
- You plan, organize, and purposefully evaluate sales competitions
- You analyze key figures and prepare them clearly using tools like DOConnect & Bridge
- You also coordinate returns and clearance sales (including WM/EM)
- You reliably manage and support devices and Zebra systems
- As a central contact person, you support branches with operational questions
- You actively participate in apprentice supervision and take over representation if needed
- You have completed training in retail, ideally in the sports environment, and may have already furthered your education (retail specialist or similar)
- You may have already started the training to become a vocational trainer, which you can contribute to us
- You bring 1-3 years of professional experience and have already worked with MS Office and acquired good knowledge
- Flawless German skills are no problem for you; perhaps you also speak French?
- You are a brisk, curious person with a reliable and precise working style
