Your Tasks

Needs assessments with clients and relatives
Ensuring the nursing process
Leading case discussions
Performing basic and treatment care for clients
Supporting the nursing management in introducing and guiding new employees
Quality assurance through practical supervision of nursing staff
Ensuring the flow of information with external partners (doctors, health insurance companies)

What You Bring

Tertiary education as a nurse HF/FH/AKP
InterRAI-HC knowledge
Perioperative experience is an advantage
You are flexible and can adapt to changing situations
Home care experience is an advantage
Driver's license available
