As the current employee of our Northwest Switzerland construction unit is retiring, we are looking for a successor from summer 2025 or by arrangement for the position of Federal Diploma Road Construction Foreman (m/f/d) 100%. The place of employment will be Aarau.
Your responsibilities
- Goal-oriented and project-appropriate preparation and management of construction sites
- Adherence to deadlines and quality requirements of the clients
- Economic deployment planning of personnel, inventory, materials and external services
- Independent and responsible management of the construction site and site personnel
- Electronic reporting
- Contributing to occupational safety and implementing SUVA guidelines and safety regulations
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a foreman (m/f/d)
- Experience in inner-city road construction or in building complex infrastructure projects
- Independent, committed and reliable working style
- Cooperative manner and enjoyment of teamwork
- Hands-on mentality, high flexibility and willingness to learn complete your profile
- As a team player, you share your knowledge and enjoy working interdisciplinarily with other trades
- You are able to act flexibly and quickly and deliver excellent performance under pressure
- You live in the Egerkingen area and are willing to manage complex infrastructure construction sites in Northwest Switzerland
- Driving licence category B and M1 training
