Your main tasks:

- Operating and monitoring security and building technology systems
- Ensuring museum operations
- Intervening in various alarms
- Cash register relief
- Art handling
- Deploying, accompanying, and supervising external suppliers and craftsmen
- Performing general tasks/organization during museum operations
- Supporting BAK employees
- Performing minor HVAC repairs
- Regular patrols of the premises
- Winter service
- On-call duty

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in janitorial services or building technology
- Several years of experience in managing complex building technology systems
- Good German skills, spoken and written
- Experience dealing with internal and external customers/suppliers
- Good PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to use internal programs
- Driving license category B is an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness for on-call duty
