Aebi Suisse is a successful company that has been trading and repairing agricultural, forestry, and irrigation machinery throughout Switzerland for over 45 years. At our headquarters in Gampelen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated, proactive Sales Administrator Internal Sales 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Complete administrative order processing
• Always keeping customer orders, purchases, and delivery dates under control
• Organisation of transport abroad and domestically
• Managing stock levels
• Technical clarifications and enquiries with our suppliers
• Handling warranty orders
• Assisting in the production of price lists and flyers

You bring with you:

• Commercial or technical basic training with an interest in the other field
• Used to working independently, accurately, and systematically
• You communicate confidently in spoken and written form
• You speak German or French and preferably English
• Good IT skills and a flair for numbers
• You enjoy daily, direct contact with customers and suppliers
• Friendliness and teamwork are a matter of course for you
