As an innovative and successful retail company with around 53 branches (German-speaking Switzerland, French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino) and approximately 320 employees, we are the number 1 in Switzerland in the field of lingerie and swimwear, as well as day and night lingerie. Our range consists of many products from our own brand BELDONA as well as other products from renowned brands.

Following the succession planning of the current post holder, we are looking for our new Regional Sales Manager 40% for the management of our Beldona branches in the French-speaking Switzerland region, starting 1 February 2027 or by agreement.

In this managerial role, the following tasks are part of your responsibilities:

• Management of the French-speaking Switzerland sales region (with 5 branches)
• Continuous monitoring of sales and assortment development in the branches
• Ensuring budget targets and ideally exceeding them
• Systematic control of personnel planning
• Recruitment of staff as well as induction, potential identification and development of branch employees
• Targeted coaching of directly subordinate employees in recruitment, performance management and leadership to ensure they have the best tools
• Identification and initiation of training needs
• Inputs/feedback to purchasing regarding assortment development
• Assistance with the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines in stores
• Participation in regular sales meetings at the Baden-Dättwil headquarters.
• Proactive participation in store activities as well as restructurings and new constructions, with active support at the point of sale if necessary

We expect you to have the following experience and qualities:

• Basic commercial training or retail apprenticeship with further training (e.g. sales coordinator, sales manager, etc.)
• Knowledge of business management, analytical skills and good numerical sense
• Solid leadership experience in sales in the fashion/lingerie sector or similar, as well as strong social skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced daily routine and able to prioritise and organise tasks
• Knowledge of the Swiss (retail) market
• A keen flair for trends, style and customer needs
• Excellent communication skills, confidence and negotiation ability
• Very good knowledge of French and German (ideally bilingual) as a prerequisite, any other language is an advantage
• Experience in a similar role
• Willingness to travel frequently (category B driving licence required)
• Ideally, residence is in French-speaking Switzerland or neighbouring regions
