Senior Sales Controller 80–100% (m/f)

Our controlling department supports, among other things, our Business Units with sound analyses, meaningful reports and relevant decision-making bases. We create transparency about our sales activities and continuously develop our data and reporting solutions.

Support us in this role as

Regent Lighting, based in Basel, employs around 600 people in six countries, is the market leader in Switzerland and one of the leading lighting manufacturers in Europe. Our products are distributed internationally in 35 countries through distribution partners.

Your tasks

• You analyse and challenge relevant sales KPIs such as sales, prices, margins, customers and product groups and derive relevant insights from them
• You proactively support our Business Units and Business Unit managers with questions regarding sales management and prepare regular reports and variance analyses
• You participate in forecasts and budget processes and prepare decision-relevant information for management and sales
• You further develop sales reports and dashboards with Power BI, ensure data quality and support business intelligence topics

Your profile

• You have a degree from a university of applied sciences or university with a business administration or comparable background
• You bring practical experience in sales controlling, reporting or business analytics
• You have very good Excel skills and experience with Power BI; knowledge of an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, is an advantage
• You have a strong affinity for numbers, data and processes and convince with your analytical skills
• You are open, communicative, resilient and think entrepreneurially as well as solution-oriented
• You enjoy understanding, modelling and further developing business contexts with modern analysis and AI tools
