Your Tasks
- Co-responsibility for the best possible quality of care in the departments
- Support and advice for the nursing teams in the further development of efficient, effective, and resident-oriented care as well as in the implementation of evidence-based nursing
- Creation of evidence-based guidelines, concepts, participation in implementation, evaluation, and updating.
- Recognizing relevant trends and deriving future fields of action and care models
- Implementation of the corporate culture according to company strategy and mission statement
- 50% of the workload in practice to support the theory-practice transfer, promotion of the nursing process (case and practice discussions)
- Participation in quality assurance / quality management
- Conducting medical rounds
What You Bring
- Training as a certified nurse HF/FH (tertiary level)
- Höfa I or Master of Science in Nursing MSC or APN
- Practical professional experience
- You have an interest in nursing development and improving care quality
- You have good organizational skills and good PC knowledge
- Your German language skills, both spoken and written, are very good
- Enjoy helping with the daily care of our residents using the kinesthetic approach
