Type of Work

Independent management of exciting, demanding national and international fiduciary mandates

• Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements with a focus on Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• Preparation and assessment of reports
• Management of payroll accounting and questions related to social insurance
• Assessment of VAT matters and corresponding settlements
• Support with tax issues for natural and legal persons
• Conducting client and closing meetings
• Advising and supporting clients in various matters
• Management of outsourced accounting functions
• With increasing responsibility, taking on leadership and coaching tasks within the team
• Prospectively operational leadership of a manageable team

Requirements Profile

• You have a commercial basic education and several years of solid fiduciary practice
• You hold the professional certificate for fiduciaries or similar, possibly aiming for an expert diploma or are in training for it
• Some leadership experience is an advantage
• In addition to German, you have good to very good English skills
• You are an ambitious fiduciary personality who combines professional competence with customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
• You work independently, precisely and efficiently, take responsibility and enjoy communicating with clients and employees. At the same time, you enjoy passing on knowledge and developing other people
• You do not yet have to be an experienced leader. What matters is your professional substance, your personality and your will to take the next step
