These are your tasks
- Actively shape the energy transition in Bern
- Develop innovative, sustainable, and economical energy concepts for new and replacement contracting systems and heating networks
- Calculate contracting projects and heating networks as well as conduct negotiations with customers
- Lead and coordinate external planning offices, specialist partners, and companies during project planning and implementation
- Independently represent Energie Wasser Bern as the client
- Participate in the acquisition of heating/cooling projects
- Maintain networks with customers, intermediaries, and partner companies
What distinguishes you
- Completed technical education (HF, FH or university) in building technology, HVAC, mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar
- Several years of professional experience in planning and designing heating/cooling projects
- Further training in business administration or project management is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Perseverance, personal commitment, and resilience
- Teamwork skills and enjoyment of networking
