These are your tasks
- Actively shape the energy transition in Bern
- Develop innovative, sustainable and economical concepts for new and replacement contracting systems as well as heating networks
- Create business cases for contracting projects and heating networks
- Actively involve and coordinate internal and external stakeholders in the planning and implementation process
- Lead and coordinate external planning offices, specialist partners and companies during project planning and realisation
- Independently represent Energie Wasser Bern as the client
- Ensure quality, deadlines and costs across all project phases
- Participate in the acquisition of heating/cooling projects
What distinguishes you
- Completed technical education (HF, FH or university) in the field of building technology, HVAC, mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the planning and project management of heating/cooling projects
- Further training in business administration or project management is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication and organisational skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Perseverance, personal commitment and resilience
