• Operation and maintenance of Windows devices (notebooks, workstations, mobile devices, tablets)
• Responsibility for Windows Client Engineering
• Support for system and software distribution (SCCM, Intune)
• Participation in IT infrastructure projects (Cloud Image Intune)
• Automating and optimizing workplace provisioning
• Implementation of technical measures in the Windows Client and Mobile environment
• Coordination with external service providers and customers
• Support for company-wide support

• Degree in Computer Science (FH/HF) or comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in the Windows Client area
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Azure
• Experience with ITLM-based processes
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and English skills
