For our client, a general medical practice, we are looking for a reliable and motivated professional to support the practice team.

Medical Practice Assistant

• Reception and care of patients
• Telephone appointment scheduling and information provision
• Organisation and coordination of practice operations
• Support of doctors in daily practice
• Performing blood draws, injections and other medical tasks within the scope of qualification
• Preparation and follow-up of consultations
• Conducting laboratory work and diagnostic examinations
• Maintenance and updating of patient records
• Administrative tasks and service recording
• Ensuring hygiene and quality standards
• Ordering and managing medical supplies

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
• Professional experience in a general medical practice is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Friendly and patient-oriented manner
• Good knowledge of German
• Teamwork and flexibility
• Sense of responsibility and enjoyment in working with patients
