We are looking from 11 January 2027 for a

Service Specialist (m/f/d) 100% (weekends & public holidays off)

The restaurant The Towers in Steinhausen (ZG) combines excellent cuisine and exquisite wines with a stylish ambience. Whether in the restaurant, in our cigar lounge, on the summer terrace or in our cosy fondue room during the winter months – our guests enjoy warm service and special moments of pleasure at all times.

Your profile:

• A completed training as a restaurant specialist or several years of experience in refined à la carte service
• You speak German and English
• You enjoy selling and advising on fine dishes & drinks
• You have very good knowledge (food, drinks, wine)
• You are empathetic in dealing with guests

Area of responsibility:

• Guest care from greeting to farewell
• Independent management of a service station including cash handling
• Polished service and professional advice and sale of food, wine & drinks
• Active personal sales promotion
• General preparatory work (mise-en-place) in the service area
