BUILDING SERVICES TECHNICIAN/ALL-ROUNDER 100%
Your main tasks
- Independent execution of all types of maintenance and repair work in our high-quality furnished apartments and buildings in Zurich
- Painting and plastering work
- Jointing work in wet areas
- Sanitary work
- Minor electrical work
- Garden maintenance
- Material procurement
- Occasional deliveries and assembly of various goods
- Support in on-call service and in various areas
What we expect
- A highly motivated, resilient, flexible and dynamic personality who completes tasks even under high pressure while maintaining an overview and calmness
- Manual dexterity
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the industry / completed vocational training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ is an advantage
- Good German skills as well as English skills, any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Good coordination and organisational talent
- Networked thinking and independent working style
- Good PC user skills
- Team player
- Holder of a driving licence category B
