Receptionist 40%The Health Directorate of the Canton of Zurich ensures a high-quality and economically sustainable healthcare system in the Canton of Zurich. It guarantees seamless medical treatment and care and promotes the health of the Zurich population.
To support our reception team in the General Secretariat of the Health Directorate, we are looking for a receptionist, 40%, starting July 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your tasks
Together with your team, you are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You triage phone calls, provide information by phone and in writing, welcome our guests, and manage the meeting rooms. In addition to these varied tasks, you will perform other organizational and administrative duties.
Your profile
You have an interest in healthcare and possess a commercial basic education EFZ or an equivalent qualification. Your helpful, flexible, and communicative nature distinguishes you, as does your quick comprehension. You think ahead and convince with a confident oral and written expression in German (oral English skills are an advantage), solid IT skills, as well as an independent, service-oriented, and careful working style.
