Technical Project Management Assistant 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

• Supporting project management in planning, coordinating, and monitoring telematics projects in the Swiss road market sector (internal/external)
• Interface function between project management, internal team, suppliers, and manufacturers
• Creating and maintaining schedules, project, and maintenance plans
• Invoice verification, document management, and cost monitoring
• Participation in project controlling (deadlines, costs, progress)
• Conducting project meetings and approvals (internal/external)
• Preparing project-specific customer documentation

Your profile:

• Completed technical or commercial training
• Initial professional experience in project planning, plant construction, or a comparable position
• Technical affinity; basic knowledge of network and/or system technology is an advantage
• Flexibility in working hours
• Fluent communication in German and good knowledge of French (spoken and written)
• Structured, reliable working style and strong communication skills
• Driving licence category B
