Your tasks:
Day-to-day management and care
- Ensuring operational day-to-day management as well as deployment planning of your own team
- Coordination and prioritisation in case of short-term absences, emergencies and schedule changes
- Receiving and triaging client calls and emails
- Planning and coordination of needs and re-assessment clarifications
- Taking over care assignments in case of short-term absences
- Ensuring reliable information flow within the team with case management and team leadership
Administration and organisation:
- Processing and coordination of admissions and discharges as well as new registrations
- Processing, filing and dispatching prescriptions and other relevant documents
- Supporting the team leader in administrative matters
Ensuring administrative processes around client files

What we expect from you:
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ with relevant professional experience or diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Several years of professional experience in outpatient care, ideally in Spitex
- Experience in deployment planning, day-to-day organisation or administrative coordination is an advantage
- Good knowledge of procedures and processes in outpatient care
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to keep an overview and set the right priorities even under time pressure
- Confident use of electronic deployment and care documentation systems
- Good German and French skills in spoken and written form
