- Reception, telephone and mail service
- Check-in / intake administration including initial clarifications
- Recording and maintenance of files in the specialist application KLIBnet
- Creation of correspondence, tax clarifications and invoice coding
- Sending of orders and cost approvals
- Reports to the Migration Office and the cantonal social office
- Creation of support notifications and federal statistics
- Processing of KVG premium invoices, service invoices as well as clarifications with health insurance companies, dentists and supplementary services
- Control of client accounts in the IPV/KVG area, including subsidiary cost approvals
- Close cooperation with the social workers in tandem
- Completed commercial basic training EFZ, ideally in a public administration
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in the social sector
- Flexible, resilient and reliable personality
- Independent, efficient and careful working method with quick comprehension
- Good IT skills (CMI and KLIBnet experience an advantage)
- Foreign language skills an advantage
