• You take on professional and leadership responsibilities and work interdisciplinarily with various professional groups.
• You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the care process.
• You care for and support people of all ages in different life situations.
• You plan and carry out measures for health promotion and prevention.
• You support our residents in achieving their best possible quality of life.

• Completed training as a health specialist EFZ, a DMS/FMS diploma, or a gymnasium Matura.
• Good knowledge of German.
• Respectful interaction and enjoyment of working with people.
• Teamwork skills, strong communication, and social competence.
• Flexibility and a sense of responsibility.

• Training places in residential groups with various focuses, e.g., dementia and physical illnesses or assisted living.
• Opportunity to get to know and deepen several care areas within our institution.
