Your Task

The mandates for the Federal Office of Energy (FOE), especially ProKilowatt and EffEL, form the focus of this position. You will be involved in the implementation of these programmes and review incoming applications for eligibility and compliance with the respective criteria. In addition, you will develop and support innovation projects with companies from the energy and industrial sectors.

Your Responsibilities

• You implement the FOE programmes, especially ProKilowatt and EffEL, and review incoming applications for eligibility as well as compliance with the goals, criteria and requirements of the respective programmes.
• You identify opportunities, acquire new cooperation projects and coordinate their implementation together with the partners.
• You support SMEs and start-ups in the development and implementation of innovation projects.
• You accompany the commercialisation of new technologies: you assess the technical and economic feasibility, analyse priority markets, identify industry partners and recognise intellectual property issues.
• You expand our partner network in the energy and industrial sectors, maintain exchanges and monitor technological developments and market trends.

Your Profile

• You have an engineering degree from an ETH or FH or an equivalent qualification as well as solid experience in the energy sector.
• You can review applications based on programme criteria and assess the technical and economic feasibility of innovation projects. You present your conclusions clearly and comprehensibly.
• You bring experience in project management, structure tasks, coordinate partners and adjust priorities if necessary.
• You think entrepreneurially, listen attentively and enjoy working with companies, public institutions and other industry stakeholders.
• You can work orally and in writing in German and French and use English in a professional context.
• Knowledge in industrial electricity efficiency, in the assessment of funding applications or in innovation support is an advantage.
