What You Will Achieve

• Ensuring ERP operation & guaranteeing stability, availability & performance (MS Dynamics Business Central)
• Further development and optimisation of the ERP in collaboration with the specialist departments
• ERP support & user training as well as assistance with master data processes
• Coordination of releases & rollouts including specification, testing & introduction of new functions
• Handling support cases (1st/2nd level) and coordination of external partners at 3rd level
• Co-supervision of the IT work environment (clients, servers, network, interfaces, management platform & M365)

What You Bring

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification with professional experience in a similar role
• Professional experience with ERP systems (2nd/3rd level), preferably MS Dynamics Business Central (BC). Server/M365 & network experience advantageous
• Interest in processes & interrelations in the production environment of a textile company
• Precise, independent, proactive, solution-oriented working style
• Team spirit, flexibility & willingness to develop further
• Very good German skills (spoken & written), good English
• Residence in Switzerland
