You are responsible for a property portfolio assigned to you and handle all matters of administrative property management. In close collaboration with board members and those responsible for construction, you take care of re-letting and the admission of new cooperative members to the EBG. You are the contact person for the concerns of the residents and the settlement representatives.

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training and technical/construction understanding

• Sound knowledge in property management – professional certificate in property management is an advantage

• Good knowledge of all Office programmes – knowledge of AbaImmo is an advantage

• High social competence and enjoyment in contact with people

• Strong negotiation skills

• Team spirit and high resilience

• Strong service orientation and appreciative communication

The range of tasks in our housing cooperative is diverse. We are building for the future – upcoming building renovations and associated relocations as well as planned new construction projects will occupy us in the coming years. You are the mediating force between the board, the office, and the residents.
