HR Manager 80%
Your mission
Collaboration and support in the planning and recruitment process for the DEMAUREX site
Support for local managers in case of problems
Support for the HR group management in advising and assisting managers on employee management issues and in applying sanctions under labor law
Support for HR management in all personnel administration for the DEMAUREX site
Collaboration on specific HR projects
Assistance in preparing statistics, evaluations, and key figures
Entry of accident and illness declarations with insurance, including absence management
Control and guarantee of the time entry system (staff time entry and order time entry)
Control and verification of expense reports
Assistance in organizing company events
Your profile
Federal Diploma of HR Specialist or equivalent qualification
Concrete experience in a similar position (at least 3 years)
Excellent knowledge of legal HR basics
Good knowledge of German
