Project Manager: Sanitary (all)

Your Tasks

• You independently manage and execute sanitary projects – from planning to successful handover
• You plan, coordinate and supervise new builds and renovations, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality standards
• You prepare offers, change orders and invoices and are responsible for material orders as well as scheduling
• You coordinate collaboration with clients, architects, specialist planners and contractors
• You lead and support our fitters on site and participate in construction meetings and site inspections

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a sanitary installer EFZ and ideally have further training as a sanitary planner, building services project manager or a comparable qualification
• You bring experience in project management of sanitary systems
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and gladly take on responsibility
• You impress with a confident manner in dealing with customers, partners and other project participants
• You have good MS Office skills and hold a category B driving licence
