Sales Assistant (m/f/d) temporary 20h/week - FO Cham
Purpose & Overall relevance for the organization:
Contributes to achieving or exceeding sales figures and KPI goals by:
• Building an emotional connection with customers and embodying brand values
• Serving customers, selling, and diligently executing store operations
Responsibilities:
• Knows the store goals and individual targets and actively works to achieve or exceed them, utilizing all available resources
• Meets or exceeds customer expectations and drives sales and brand awareness by applying appropriate elements of the Customer Charter
• Establishes an emotional bond with each customer by acting as a passionate and enthusiastic brand ambassador
• Actively incorporates basic knowledge and facts about seasonal products into the service approach in their store area
• Maintains an engaging, pleasant environment where customers enjoy shopping, paying attention to visual merchandising as well as order and cleanliness
• Adheres to the rules and procedures (SOM regulations) applicable to the store and maintains a safe shopping and working atmosphere
• Ensures that the product offering is available to customers by assisting when goods are delivered and the sales area needs to be replenished
• Minimizes losses by always being aware of stock levels while serving customers
• Trains new employees (if applicable)
• Works productively and respectfully with team members to achieve or exceed store goals
• Completes all required training programs and successfully applies them in their work
• Signals ongoing willingness to learn and utilizes all available opportunities to advance their development and improve their performance
• Cash handling (if applicable)
o Ensures correct payment processes including careful handling of goods
o Conducts cash register closings meticulously
o Completes sales quickly and accurately and adheres to established guidelines for securing cash balances (if applicable)
• Endless Aisle (if applicable) Informs customers about the new ordering/selling opportunity in the online shop and uses the Endless Aisle tablet to offer product descriptions and/or customer feedback about products during the sales process.
• Click & Collect (if applicable) Monitors and oversees new online orders placed by online customers that need to be reserved, packed, and handed over to the customer in-store.
• Ship from Store (if applicable) Monitors and oversees new online orders that need to be shipped to customers.

Required Education and Experience / Minimum Requirements:
• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Training as a salesperson desirable
• Basic knowledge of English
• Basic spelling and arithmetic skills, communication ability
