The Arlesheim Clinic is a leading centre for integrative medicine. For over 100 years, we have successfully combined conventional medicine with anthroposophic medicine. The medicine is complemented by comprehensive therapies and individual care.

Inpatient, we care for around 90 patients in the fields of oncology, internal medicine, and psychiatry. Our offering is complemented by an oncological day clinic and further outpatient services such as general practitioner medicine and nine specialist outpatient clinics. We are available around the clock for our patients, whether in our 24/7 emergency service with walk-in and intermediate care (IMC/monitoring ward) or through acute medical care at home (hospital at home).

Connected to our pharmacies (hospital and public pharmacy), we produce medicines in our own remedy laboratory with careful manual work according to GMP small quantity guidelines.

To complement our nursing team for inpatient oncology and specialised palliative care, we are looking for immediate start

Dipl. Nursing Specialist 40-80%

Job profile:

• Professional and person-centred care and support of our patients in the field of specialised palliative care and integrative oncology
• Organisation and implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic orders, including administration of chemo- and immunotherapies, extended by external applications such as compresses/packings and rhythmic massages according to Wegman/Hauschka
• Collaboration in the supervision of trainees and students in the department
• Goal- and solution-oriented cooperation in an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Work in a 3-shift system

You should bring:

You have completed vocational training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF and are open to our integrative treatment and therapy concept. In this sense, you bring an interest in anthroposophic nursing and medicine. You have a compassionate and appreciative approach to patients and their relatives. Likewise, you value a team-oriented and interprofessional way of working. You are aware of your own role and have the ability to act and behave appropriately to the situation. Ideally, you have experience in oncology nursing or in the palliative care field.
