Workload: 100%
Start: immediately or by arrangement
You have several years of leadership experience and want to take responsibility for employees, collaboration and results? Then we look forward to getting to know you. For our Kemptthal location, we are looking for a strong leadership personality who provides clear direction, develops employees purposefully and effectively leads role-based teams.
We have comprehensively further developed our organisation in recent years: hierarchies have been dismantled, structures simplified and processes optimised. Now it is about consistently anchoring and further developing role-based work in everyday life. Our customers are always at the centre of our actions. For this next phase, we are looking for a strong leadership personality with a hands-on mentality who takes responsibility, provides orientation and ensures binding collaboration.
YOUR ROLE WITH US:
- You lead and develop our employees and ensure effective, efficient and binding collaboration. You provide orientation, set clear expectations, address critical issues early and ensure that agreed measures are consistently implemented. You use coaching, sparring and conflict resolution purposefully as leadership tools and thus contribute to the further development of our organisational culture.
- With appropriate measures and formats, you ensure the anchoring of our values and culture in the teams.
- You form the link to the HR team and support our employees in all matters along the employee lifecycle (onboarding, deployment, development and separation).
- In consultation with the team and Lead People Coach, you ensure optimal competence development and personnel planning and initiate further development and recruitment measures at an early stage.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Several years of leadership experience with at least 15 employees (e.g. as team lead, people manager or coach with line responsibility).
- Great enthusiasm for leadership and people topics as well as the ability to lead employees clearly, appreciatively and bindingly.
- The ability to openly address difficult topics and conflicts, moderate them and actively accompany the team in finding solutions.
- The competence to promote people individually and build trusting relationships.
- Ideally further training in leadership, coaching or mentoring, enabling you to playfully use suitable tools and methods to anchor the collaboration culture.
- A high sense of responsibility and enjoyment of independent work.
- With heart, mind and humour.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- A meaningful role with leadership responsibility in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Freedom to help shape things as well as a culture based on trust, personal responsibility and equality.
- You can take responsibility and make an impact from day one.
- A modern workplace with a shared desk concept and focus zones.
- An attractive salary and advantageous social benefits. The daily sickness and accident insurance premiums are covered by us.
- Additional benefits such as contributions to public transport subscriptions, free parking spaces, coverage of mobile phone subscriptions, a diverse AXvital programme and much more...
We have much more to tell. For example, what else makes your job with us exciting. Who we are and how we tick. So don’t hesitate and form your own impression.
Already fired up? You want to start sooner rather than later? Then send us your CV or the link to your LinkedIn profile. You can save the cover letter, we are very straightforward about that too.
And the (a) in the job title? It is our statement for diversity. We love mixed teams. Age, origin, skin colour, gender or lifestyle don’t matter to us. With us, (a)ll are welcome who help us move forward with their talent.
