About the job

Your tasks

• You support operational production and manufacturing planning during the SAP implementation and the subsequent stabilisation phase and plan, process and monitor the corresponding orders.
• You clarify missing parts, material availabilities and planning deviations and coordinate the necessary measures with the relevant interfaces.
• You maintain, check and clean material master data, bills of materials, work plans as well as other planning-relevant data.
• You support the data migration from AX to SAP and ensure a reliable data basis through checking, validation and rework.
• You handle operational disruptions and errors in the relevant SAP processes and accompany necessary corrections, tests and rework.
• You actively contribute to the stabilisation, standardisation and optimisation of the S&OP processes as well as to the updating of process documentation.

Your profile

• Technical or commercial-technical apprenticeship, ideally in a manufacturing company; further training in the field of processes, production or business processes is an advantage.
• Professional experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in production or manufacturing planning, AVOR/PPS, supply chain or a comparable operational area.
• Good understanding of production, manufacturing and material planning processes.
• Understanding of the interplay of material master data, bills of materials, work plans as well as production and manufacturing orders.
• Good ERP and MS Office skills; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Structured and careful working style as well as a good understanding of data quality and process interrelationships.
