Your role

In this role, you take on a central operational function in accounting and ensure the correct, timely and structured handling of our financial processes. You work closely with our external fiduciary partner and report directly to the Finance Manager.

Your tasks

• Maintaining the general ledger
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Payment management including deadline monitoring
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
• Support with reporting and internal evaluations
• Preparation of internal evaluations and documentation

You bring with you

Professional:

• Training in finance and accounting
• At least 3–4 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of accounting according to Swiss law
• Confident handling of MS Excel
• Experience with Topal or Bexio is an advantage
• Understanding of VAT principles

Personal:

• Precise, structured and reliable way of working
• High affinity for numbers and quality standards
• Discreet handling of confidential information
• Very good German and English skills
