Your tasks
- Support in strategic projects and accompaniment of the strategy process including strategy controlling
- Preparation of decision-making documents, presentations, and analyses for the management and the board of directors
- Support of the Head of Management Assistance in operational, conceptual, and strategic tasks
- Support in organizing and conducting strategic leadership workshops
- Preparation, participation, and minute-taking of meetings as well as follow-up on pending tasks
Your profile
- Completed studies with a focus on business administration, economics, banking and finance, or a comparable qualification – recent graduates are also welcome
- Ideally, first professional experience in supporting C-level executives, preferably in the banking/service sector
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Jira and initial experience in project management are an advantage
- Ability to think in a networked way, prioritize, and self-organize
- Very quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
- High degree of reliability, initiative, and teamwork skills
- Very good German and English skills (level C1/C2)

Your first six months with us
