Team Leader: Control Technology for Energy Systems

You love challenges and want to take the helm? In this key position, you are responsible for a competent team of project managers, software & control engineers, and E-Plan draftsmen. With great passion, you lead your specialists and together with them set the course for the technological future of our energy systems.
Your tasks
- You lead and develop a team of 7 specialists and create the framework conditions for efficient, independent collaboration.
- You plan capacities, coordinate interfaces and ensure reliable project execution.
- Together with the team, you further develop processes and standards and implement pragmatic improvements.
- You ensure coordination with sales, overall project management and customer service, keeping an eye on deadlines, quality and costs.
- You deliberately take on your own projects to stay close to the challenges of everyday project work.
- You recognise technological trends (e.g. digitalisation or AI) and examine their concrete added value for our further development.
- You support offers, calculate modifications and advise customers on technical solutions.
Your profile
- You have a technical education (HF/FH) or a degree in electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable qualification.
- You already have leadership experience or have successfully managed complex projects as an experienced senior project manager and want to take responsibility for a team.
- You have a good technical understanding and can confidently classify contexts.
- Experience in automation, control technology or electrical planning is an advantage.
- You communicate confidently in German and English. French is a plus.
- You work in a structured way, think entrepreneurially and bring people and topics together.
- You are interested in new technologies and actively seek ways to integrate them sensibly into practice.
