In our marketing team, you take responsibility for our online shop and online platforms. From strategic development to operational day-to-day business.
Your tasks
- You develop our online platforms with a focus on revenue, conversion and customer experience and implement optimisations yourself.
- You are responsible for the operational shop management with products, content, prices, promotions, categories, filters, landing pages and seasonal theme worlds.
- You initiate and coordinate e-commerce projects and further develop the interaction of shop, PIM, ERP, CRM and tracking together with our technology partners.
- You analyse KPIs, customer journey and product performance and derive concrete optimisation measures and tests from them.
- You create and optimise shop content and landing pages for campaigns and further develop our visibility in SEO and GEO.
- You automate processes and use AI specifically for content, analyses, efficiency and customer experience.
What you bring with you
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce in trade or retail
- Experience in the operational support and further development of an online shop
- Good understanding of shop, PIM, ERP and CRM systems as well as their interfaces
- Experience with web analytics, ideally with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge in conversion optimisation, SEO and sales-oriented content
- Analytical thinking, initiative and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Interest in automation, AI and new developments in digital commerce
- Excellent German skills. French is an advantage.
