• Advising on basic services, investing and financing
• Executing payment orders
• Account openings/closings
• Adjusting mutations and card limits
• Collaboration with team members and specialists

• Commercial basic training and/or appropriate further education (mandatory in the finance/banking sector)
• Proven professional experience in private customer consulting for basic services (bank)
• Service-oriented and professional appearance
• Confident in German, additional languages (FR/IT/EN) advantageous
