The Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich (PUK) is one of the leading psychiatric clinics in Switzerland. The gastronomy at the Lenggstrasse site includes the kitchen, catering on the wards, as well as the operation of a self-service restaurant with 190 seats and a summer terrace. Around 1,000 meals are produced daily in the kitchen for the nursing wards and the restaurant.

Your Tasks
- Pre-production and preparation of food in all areas of the cold kitchen
- Co-creation of a contemporary, diverse and attractive offer
- Guiding and leading the kitchen staff and apprentices assigned to the station
- Proper handling of food, machines and equipment
- Participation in banquets and events
- Collaboration within the team, with kitchen management and nutritional counselling
Your Profile
- Completed training as a cook with a federal diploma (EFZ), qualification as a trainer an advantage
- IT skills and good knowledge of German
- Professional experience in gastronomy or hospitality
- High guest and patient orientation
- Team player, able to handle conflict and criticism, cooperative
