Personnel Consultant RAV 80 - 100%In the canton of Zurich, the Office for Labour operates 14 Regional Employment Centres (RAV). At our RAVs, we offer a comprehensive range of services for job seekers and employers from all sectors and professional groups. In addition, we support companies in finding the right employees. Here, at the heart of the labour market, your commitment and professional knowledge are in demand.
In various RAVs in the canton of Zurich, we are looking for competent and advisory-strong support immediately or by arrangement.
These are your tasks
- Efficient and targeted reintegration of job-seeking persons into the labour market, including systematic success measurement
- Conducting assessments, developing integration strategies, and monitoring goal achievement
- Conducting advisory discussions with people from different professional and social backgrounds, including handling challenging situations
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (AVIG) and performing control functions
- Building and maintaining a reliable network with RAV partner institutions (job placement centre, unemployment insurance funds, career counselling, social welfare, etc.)
- Active collaboration with employers in the Zurich area to promote sustainable placements
- Precise administrative case management (approx. 50% of the activity)
What you bring
- Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) and at least 8 years of professional experience in an advisory-intensive environment (e.g. HR, recruiting, personnel consulting, customer service, sales with clear advisory competence, labour market integration, coaching or case management)
- Proven experience in managing demanding advisory situations and guiding people structurally through change processes
- Enjoyment of a role that equally involves advisory and administrative tasks (approx. 50% administrative case management)
- Good knowledge of the Swiss labour market
- Very good German skills (at least C1), good English skills
- Ability to set priorities, manage many processes simultaneously, and communicate clearly
