Role:
Are you ready to take your career in property management to the next level? Our Rocken partner is looking for a dedicated property manager for residential properties (m/f/d) to manage a diverse real estate portfolio in Zurich. In this exciting position, you will develop innovative rental and management concepts, coordinate extensive renovation projects and maintain contact with demanding clients. If you combine entrepreneurial thinking with strong social skills, this could be your next challenge!
Responsibilities:
You take on comprehensive management of a diverse real estate portfolio in Zurich, including office, commercial and residential properties
You develop and implement rental and management concepts, recommend renovation measures and manage the site budget
You negotiate and prepare commercial and residential lease agreements in accordance with legal requirements
You coordinate rental processes in close collaboration with administrative staff
You look after a demanding client base and ensure their satisfaction through excellent service
You proactively maintain contact with tenants and service providers to create a positive environment
You oversee renovation work, monitor the condition of the properties and prepare cost and revenue analyses
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification
You are an experienced property manager with a professional certificate
You are characterised by a strong service mentality and high social competence
You think entrepreneurially, are resilient and work in a structured manner
You are flexible and able to think in a networked way to meet the requirements
