To strengthen our OR team, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys precision, responsibility, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Your tasks - meaningful and varied

• Independent instrument handling and assisting during surgical procedures in the departments of surgery/traumatology, orthopaedics, gynaecology and obstetrics, ENT, urology, spinal surgery, and ophthalmology
• Ensuring a smooth OR process in close cooperation with all involved professional groups
• Preparation, operation, and maintenance of devices, instruments, and consumables
• Comprehensive documentation of nursing services including performance recording
• Active co-responsibility for patient safety and high quality standards
• Support and guidance of HF students in everyday OR work

What you bring - professionally strong, personally convincing

• Completed training as a certified specialist in surgical technology HF or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the OR area is an advantage – motivated career starters are also welcome
• High sense of responsibility as well as pronounced professional and social competence
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Team spirit, flexibility, and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
