• You are responsible for smooth personnel administration and work hand in hand with HR business partners and payroll
• You are responsible for creating employment contracts, agreements, certificates, maintaining master data, etc.
• You support our employees with various HR topics in the administrative area and take on power user tasks
• You further develop internal processes and tools
• You share responsibility for the training of our intern

• You have a commercial education with appropriate further training in the HR field
• You already have professional experience within a personnel service center
• You have proficient handling of HR systems (we work with ABACUS)
• You have an accurate and reliable working style combined with strong process thinking
• You bring a high level of service and customer orientation combined with a touch of humor

• Promotion of your individual development needs, both in terms of time and finances
• Flexible working arrangements (part-time, job sharing, home office, annual working hours)
• Between 25 – 30 vacation days per year
