To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for two committed and responsible construction foremen who will enrich our projects both professionally and personally.
What is your job?
- Independent management, organisation and supervision of construction projects in building construction, civil engineering or specialised civil engineering
- Management of construction sites including personnel allocation and coordination of subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and deadline requirements
- Cost control, change order management and reporting
- Contact person for clients, planners and authorities
- Optimisation of construction processes and active participation in shaping efficient procedures
What do you bring with you?
- Training as construction foreman, construction technician, site manager or equivalent qualification
- Leadership skills as well as solution-oriented and independent working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and confident cost control
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Confident handling of common construction administration and IT tools
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
