What awaits you with us:

As a commercial apprentice at SMG, you will gain comprehensive insight into key commercial processes of a leading Swiss digital company. You will actively work in HR, Finance, Reception, and Sales/Marketing – accompanied by trained Young Talent Coaches.

Diverse tasks that make an impact:

You will dive into four exciting areas and be right in the middle of real everyday work:

• Reception/Office Management: Customer reception, organization & communication
• HR Operations: Working on HR files, changes, data maintenance
• Payroll/Accounting: Support in the finance team, processing documents, data entry
• Sales & Marketing: CRM maintenance, support in campaigns, content preparation

You bring with you:

• Interest in numbers, organization & digital tools
• Enjoy communicating (German top, English nice to have)
