Employee in Real Estate Accounting 60–80% (m/f)

Your Profile

You have experience in real estate accounting or real estate financial management and possess good knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Experience with annual financial statements as well as heating and ancillary cost accounting is an advantage. Ideally, you are familiar with AbaImmo and have good MS Office skills. Your strengths include an independent, precise and reliable way of working as well as a responsible approach to numbers. You enjoy working in a team and appreciate contact with internal and external contacts.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of accounts payable
• Ongoing bookkeeping of the affiliated foundation
• Assistance with annual financial statements
• Support with heating and ancillary cost accounting
• Handling of payment transactions
• General accounting tasks
• Support with administrative matters related to our rental properties
