Your Tasks
- Direct operation of locomotives
- Operate locomotives safely and reliably, including with radio remote control
- Assist with maintenance during deployment as a train driver and ensure clean locomotives
- As A40, ensure ecological driving to meet environmental targets
- Operate radio-controlled shunting robots / locomotives
- Indirectly control shunting movements
- Assemble train formations on behalf of the control centre
- Practice economical shunting with attention to the environment
- Weigh and label railway wagons
- Assist with track maintenance
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a technical field or as a logistician
- Traffic department EFZ desired
- Loyal, reliable and team-oriented personality
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Physically fit and resilient
- Willingness to work shifts including weekend duties
- Team spirit, respect and appreciation of human values
