What do we offer? With us, you can expect a varied and responsible role within a well-coordinated team. You ensure that the tasks defined by the operations manager are carried out reliably. You lead the caretaker team operationally, consisting of caretakers, temporary staff, and an apprentice maintenance technician, who maintain and clean the buildings and outdoor facilities.

We monitor the building services, carry out repairs, maintain green spaces, service machines, and handle waste disposal. The focus is on managing the AXA ARENA with all its events, games, and training sessions, which presents a wide range of challenges. In addition to sporting events of various sizes, we operate a business centre with various events, which poses a major challenge for resource planning and requires a high degree of flexibility, including weekend shifts.

Additionally, we provide various services for tenants on the site in the areas of cleaning and caretaking. There is a great variety of types of spaces, from regular offices, classrooms, or seminar rooms to catering areas and fitness zones, as well as a sports medicine area including radiology.

What are our requirements? We are looking for a communicative and upbeat personality with a high degree of flexibility and resilience, who leads our caretaker team efficiently and motivatingly. In addition to organisational tasks, you contribute to the operational business according to the principle of "leading by example".

As a basis for this exciting and challenging role, you bring a qualification as a maintenance technician EFZ or caretaker. You have a technical affinity for managing building services as well as a green thumb for the outdoor facilities. Some basic leadership experience would be an advantage.
