• Processing partly complex benefit applications and revision cases
• Checking benefit applications for completeness and accuracy as well as fulfillment of entitlement requirements and their recourse / regress and
• Requesting the documents necessary for the assessment of benefit applications
• Deciding on any entitlement to benefits and appropriately justifying the decision
• Handling objections
• Collaborating with various internal and external offices
• Telephone customer contact, partly at the counter
• Participating in meetings, case coordination with integration specialists, career counselors, and the Regional Medical Service

• You have a commercial vocational qualification
• Professional experience in the social insurance or medical field, experience in complex case management, as well as further training in social insurance are a great advantage for managing the tasks
• Equally important is your enthusiasm for working in the legal field
