Polymechanic with Experience in Quality Control and Metrology
Tasks
- Operate and programme 3D coordinate measuring machines
- Independently carry out quality controls on various compressor parts
- Create test protocols and evaluate measurement results
- Prepare and process Non Conformance Reports (NCR)
- Provide metrological support for internal and external staff
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic or machine mechanic
- Practical experience in metrology and quality inspection
- Knowledge in handling 3D coordinate measuring machines, programming skills of CMM (Hexagon) advantageous
- Experience operating an overhead crane up to 20 tonnes
- Confident use of Office365, SAP and WAY
- Good German language skills
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
