About the job
The Opportunity
In this role, you will take on the organisation, coordination and leadership of all assembly, commissioning and maintenance work on site at the Oerlikon location. You will work closely with internal and external customers and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, safely and with high quality.
What You Can Achieve
Responsibility for the execution and organisational leadership of on-site work
Contact person for internal and external customers
Support of assigned field staff and creation of assembly schedules taking into account resources such as consumables, tools and personnel
Monitoring and documentation of project progress and costs (reporting)
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality requirements
Active minimisation of project costs and risks as well as process-compliant handling of deviation reports including initiation of corrective measures
Complete compilation, filing and archiving of all relevant documentation (red marks, test protocols, reports) for as-built creation and billing to the customer
What You Bring
Technical basic training as well as several years of experience in the assembly and/or commissioning of GIS systems
Sound technical understanding; leadership experience an advantage
Technical school / Technical business administrator
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; additional languages an advantage
Confident manner and convincing communication skills, especially in working with different cultures
Team spirit, organisational strength and assertiveness
Willingness to visit construction sites worldwide
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
