Customer Service Administration Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
In this versatile hub function, you support our customer service as well as the service and support area in all administrative processes. You keep an overview when many threads come together and ensure smooth processes with your structured way of working.
Your tasks
- General administrative and organizational support for the department head as well as for all employees in the customer service, service, and support areas
- Overall responsibility for Abacus support in customer service (checking and approving services, expenses, absences, and support for employees)
- Preparation of technician assignments for billing in the operating system as well as checking and correcting order times
- Account assignment and approval of invoices
- Management of our company vehicles and trailers including organization of lending and quality control
- Organization and administration of internal and external courses (registrations, list management, document filing, planning of internal training)
- Creation of credit notes, reports, and various reports
- Support in customer service telephone duty and deputizing at the front office as needed
You bring with you
- Completed commercial training (EFZ) and professional experience in a similar administrative function
- Experience with Abacus is an advantage
- Very good German skills are required. Good English and French skills, both spoken and written, are an advantage
- Team player with a strong service orientation, flair for numbers, and enjoyment in dealing with customers are just as important as networked and business management thinking
- Good organizational and planning skills as well as an independent, resilient, and stress-resistant way of working are a must
